Background

The client wanted to launch a prepaid card to replace cash in their door step lending business.

Polymath Consulting Project Delivery

Working with another consultancy firm Polymath carried out a detailed workshop for the client so they could understand the Prepaid Card value chain and the options for delivery. We then working with the client developed a number of filter criteria and analysis to take the 'long list' of potential partners down to a short list. We provided input to the RFI and RFP process for the selection of the partner.
