Information Technology & Communications Procurement - MA Consultants
As part of the project MA Consultants can assist the client in determining the appropriate Information Technology & Communications (ITC) infrastructure to meet the business needs and to identify potential suppliers.  MA Consultants is independent of any ITC suppliers and will work with the client to find the most effective solution and suppliers to meet the objectives.  Following an objective evaluation of the current ITC infrastructure and an assessment of future requirements, MA Consultants shall provide the client with a detailed report of the changes needed.

MA Consultants would then work with the client to create a Response for Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation to Tender (ITT) detailing the requirements and to identify prospective suppliers that could be invited to respond.  MA Consultants then would create objective criteria to ensure that accurate and unbiased assessments of the responses are made.  Although any decision on which supplier or suppliers to be used is entirely a clients to make, MA Consultants could assist the client in the evaluation of the shortlist.  We would then work with the client and the chosen supplier to ensure an accurate inventory of requirements, a calendar of activities and a detailed project plan to meet the deadlines.  Our work will ensure that any risks to the project are identified and minimised and milestones agreed.  With MA Consultants the client can be sure that dedicated attention is given to the entire project by our experienced consultants, hence minimising the risks and allowing the client to focus on the existing business and customers.

Insurance - Regency

Local Government – Ticon
Ticon work with Local Government/Councils/Authorities to help them reduce the cost of their transactions and improve their business processes.  This work covers all aspects of procurement, P Cards and Prepaid Cards for use in local government.  Their clients include over 10 local Councils, 5 London Boroughs and a wide range of other local authority and similar organisations.

David Whitby is ex corporate sales director Argos plc. Service Strategies  - MA Consultants

MA Consultants could assist the client in developing the client service operation and structuring it to meet the needs of the client customers based upon the features of the client products.  As part of this activity, MA Consultants would identify the likely costs of service delivery and any potential charges that could be levied for additional or enhanced services.  If the client does not have the resources to deliver these services in all locations or around the clock, MA Consultants could assist the client in identifying prospective service partners.  MA Consultants could help the client detail the responsibilities of the client and the client service supplier and any specific terms and conditions that need to be agreed in order to meet the service needs of the client customers effectively.  On an ongoing basis, MA Consultants could monitor the services delivered and the opinions of the client customers and help the client modify the services if required.
