Background
A European Brand has been working with a programme manager for some time. They decided they wished to have more control and become their own Programme Manager.

Polymath ran a workshop with the CEO and other senior members of management to take them through the options, including key incomes and costs as well as creating thought provoking options for them as to how to take things forward. Then usign the Polymath Filter process a short list from the long list of potential partners was establish for BIN Sponsorship and Processing. An RFP document was created and RFP process run, resulting in a succesful partners being appointed to take things forward with the brand as a PM. Polymath also worked with the brand so they had a clear understanding of the role of a PM as well as review their partner contracts.
