Polymath held a workshop with the client to assist in developing their product proposition, and to help in understanding the pros and cons on their route to market. At the end of the workshop Polymath was engaged to run a mini RFI to clarify certain key points from market providers and analyse the findings. This resulted in a clear understanding of the product proposition, route to market and best potential providers.
